Can I make changes or cancel an order?

If you placed your order online you have the option to cancel the order if it has not been shipped right from your profile. You can't make changes to your order online, if you need to change your online order please contact If your order was placed over the phone or email you may contact your account manager or our customer care team via email or phone to help you modify or cancel the order if it has not already shipped.

What payment options do you offer?

You have four payment methods:

When placing a domestic order either online or over the phone, please provide us with the credit card number, 3-or-4 digit security code, full name of cardholder, billing address, phone number, and the card's expiration date.
