Review and approve quotes sent to you by your account manager. Check status of your sales orders, backorders and chat with us if you have any questions right from your portal. 

View, download and pay invoices

Pay invoices at your convenience via ACH, Credit Card or Debit Card. Cards accepted are American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover. 

Add authorized users to your account

As a business owner is important to keep track of your invoices. Grant access to your staff, accountant and other relevant people in your property to access account information. All you need to do is provide their name and email address. You may contact us by email, phone or chat to add any authorized user.

Can I make changes or cancel an order?

If you placed your order online, you have the option to cancel the order if it has not been shipped right from your profile. You can't make changes to your order online, if you need to change your online order please contact info@catels.com. If your order was placed over the phone or email you may contact your account manager or our customer care team via email or phone to help you modify or cancel the order if it has not already been shipped. 

How can I create an account?

Simply visit the create an account section and enter the details for your business. You will get instant access and you can start buying online by visiting our online ordering platform. 

What payment options do you offer?

You have four payment methods: 

Credit Card, Debit Card, ACH or Check

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards accepted. When placing a domestic order either online or over the phone, please provide us with the credit card number, 3-or-4 digit security code, full name of cardholder, billing address, phone number, and the card's expiration date. 

Note: You will automatically get a credit card receipt right after your purchase
