At CATELS, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you need to return an item, please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for products that are:
In new, unused, and resellable condition
In their original, unopened packaging
Used or washed items will not be accepted.
Return Window
Standard products: Returns accepted within 60 days of delivery
Electronics: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Custom and special order items are not eligible for return.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be pre-approved.
To request a Return Authorization (RA), email us at with your order number and reason for return.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 10 days of receipt.
Proof of damage (photos) will be required for a replacement.
