All regularly stocked items, except for special-order items, can be returned within 90 days of receipt if they are unused and in the original packaging. A return credit will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the product(s). Shipping charges paid at the time of checkout will be credited along with the return.
Kare Pro Supply is responsible for freight on return orders due to incorrect products, manufacturer defects, or quality concerns. If this item was ordered in error and you would like to return it we will provide you with return labels using one of our trusted carriers or if you are in our Catels Transportation service area we will pick up at no extra charge.
RE-STOCKING FEES
A restocking fee will be applied to return orders made after 61 days from date of receipt. Restocking fees help us repack items for resale given transportation damages or missing parts on items.
• Return initiated between 61-90 days of receipt is subject to a 15% restocking fee
• Returns after 90 days of receipt are not accepted
